We bake in our own Pacific-coast climate zone with olive orchards just 4 miles down the road, tomato farms surrounding our small town, and wild rosemary growing all around our bakery. We infuse our traditional 36-hour slow rise crust with Organic Stone-Ground Cornmeal, top it with our own slow-cooked Certified Organic Tomato Sauce, and are very proud to use the nation's first Certified Humane Goat Farm's Feta Cheese - Redwood Hill Dairy.
